Just FYI the Hilliard gym is now offering open gyms and classes. You should be getting more information at practice this week but I wanted to put out a reminder for classes and open gyms.
Let me know if there is a group of you that would like a class set up just for you. I will get a staff member set up for your class. If you carpool with someone and need to take a class together let us know. We need at least 3 in a class to create one. I will need to know time and day. Just send me an email at mpacoaches@yahoo.com
Partner stunting will be coming soon! I have to wait till football season is over when my collegiate fellas have free time. Keep checking back for more info!

Note from Heather
Riders,
Hello all! Long time no see huh? I am so sorry right now but I cannot get to your practices. Hopefully soon though!
Update news on me... I now have my hand splint off and able to use my hand. It is very sore but I am allowed to use it some. I cannot put too much weight on it. My cast on my foot is now off. The doc pulled the pin out and it is recovering well. I started physical therapy last week so I can walk again. I have a walking boot that I am not suppose to do a lot of walking in and I still have to use my walker. BUT.... it is starting to look up. I will be walking in the next month or so and maybe even able to drive by the new year. Hooray!
SOOOOO this means you guys better really rock this routine! I will be up and moving by the time you compete and ready to see my favorite Rough Riders taking the floor! Keep working hard and hopefully I can be in soon to see you all.
Cheers,
Coach Heather

You're looking great!
Ladies I think you are looking great so far! I can't wait till it is time to compete and how much cleaner you will be! Really think about each time you do your routine how you are moving and hitting each motion. When you have done some run throughs I see arms flying all over the place when you are transitioning from one spot to the next. This is an easy fix... just glue those arms to your sides when you transition. This is just a new habit you need to create. It will make your routine so much better! Watch your motions when you do them so that you do not overdue them. Keep them within your eyesight so they are cleaner looking.
In your stunts remember that a fliers legs should be close together. Sooooo fliers squeeze your legs and keep them no further then shoulder length apart. Bases you should almost be belly to belly on double base stunts and belly to belly when basing single leg stunts. Backs you are the queen of the stunt so make it happen no matter what everyone else is doing! Work it!
Looking great ladies!
