Regionals

Great job ladies! The parts of the routine that we worked last Friday were definitely improved! Hooray! This routine your jumps were off and the mount was sloppy. I would like to see a solid mount that we are not hoping it will but one that we know is gonna hit! Know what I mean? Jumps should be at least level for all body positions. If they are not work them on your own. Work flexibility and hip flexor strength. Nice job but let's clean it up even more for the next competition.

Don't forget open gyms on Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 in Hilliard $5

WJMS at JAHS

Riders,
Great job last weekend at JAHS! You looked great and we were so proud of you! Below is the video for you to review.

Since this was your last competition we will focus mainly on building up your tumbling and skills. If you are interested in continuing taking classes let me know! We have open gyms and lots of classes to help you keep building your skills. (Don't forget all stars as well!) Let MPA know if we can keep continuing you on your path to building your skills after your session is over. It looks like it will be just a little while longer till I am spotting again but it is getting closer and closer! Hooray!

Zanesville Comp.

Riders,
Here is the video I took at the competition. Watch it and please leave comments on what you see. We need constructive feedback. Don't forget to give kuddos to teammates too! I saw a lot of really good things in the routine and some things that need some work too. Let's get ready for the second competition with an even stronger routine!
