Regionals

Great job ladies! The parts of the routine that we worked last Friday were definitely improved! Hooray! This routine your jumps were off and the mount was sloppy. I would like to see a solid mount that we are not hoping it will but one that we know is gonna hit! Know what I mean? Jumps should be at least level for all body positions. If they are not work them on your own. Work flexibility and hip flexor strength. Nice job but let's clean it up even more for the next competition.

Don't forget open gyms on Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 in Hilliard $5
